Terms & Conditions

We offer professional photography services including wedding, pre-wedding, portrait, fashion, event, commercial, product and drone photography, along with related editing and deliverables as agreed in writing for each booking.

The specific scope of any engagement — coverage hours, locations, number of edited images, delivery format and timeline — is defined in the booking confirmation or quotation provided to you. Anything not expressly included is considered out of scope.

A booking is confirmed only once we have received a signed agreement and/or a booking advance (retainer). Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis and are not reserved until the advance is paid.

• A non-refundable booking advance is required to secure your date and reserve our time and equipment.
• The remaining balance is due as stated in your booking confirmation, typically on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of travel, accommodation and applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to revise our pricing for future bookings at any time; confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed price.

If you cancel a confirmed booking, the booking advance is non-refundable as it compensates for the date being reserved and other enquiries declined.

• Rescheduling is subject to our availability on the new date and must be requested as early as possible.
• For event and wedding bookings, cancellations made close to the event date may incur additional charges for committed costs.
• If we are unable to perform the services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (illness, accident, equipment failure, natural events or other force majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement or reschedule; if neither is possible, our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for services not delivered.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Khwahish Studio retains the copyright to all photographs and other creative works we produce. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for your own personal, non-commercial purposes (such as printing, sharing with family and posting on personal social media).

Commercial use, resale, licensing to third parties, or use by any other business requires our prior written permission and may be subject to additional fees. The images may not be edited, cropped, filtered or altered in a way that changes their character without our consent, and we ask that you credit the studio where reasonably possible.

Unless you opt out in writing before the shoot, you grant us the right to use selected images from your session for our portfolio, website, social media, advertising and other promotional materials.

If you would prefer that your images are not used publicly, please let us know in writing at the time of booking and we will respect that request.

• Provide accurate details about the date, time, location and requirements of your shoot.
• Obtain any permits, permissions or access required for shoots at private or restricted venues, including drone-flight permissions where applicable.
• Ensure the safety of our team and equipment at the shoot location and cooperate with reasonable creative direction so we can deliver our best work.

Edited images are delivered within the timeframe stated in your booking confirmation. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons. Raw or unedited files are not normally provided.

We retain delivered images for a limited period as a courtesy backup but do not guarantee indefinite storage. You are responsible for safely backing up your delivered files once received.

We take great care in capturing and storing your images. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics and logos — is the property of Khwahish Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
